PREAMBLE
Only persons who are of legal age for the consumption of alcohol (18 years) may consult the site and place orders for products via the web site at www.lesperrieres.ch.
FIELD OF APPLICATION
Cave & Domaine Les Perrières SA operates an online shop at www.lesperrieres.ch. The general terms and conditions of sale apply to all orders placed with Cave & Domaine Les Perrières SA via the web site www.lesperrières.ch. They are valid exclusively for Switzerland. Please contact us by telephone on +41(0)22 753 90 00 or by e-mail using the contact form for all orders abroad or those destined for addresses abroad. We can only accept orders subject to stock availability. The descriptive data sheets and images specific to each article are only supplied for information and illustration purposes and are without obligation.
ORDERING
An agreement of purchase and sale is deemed to have been entered into between the parties once Cave & Domaine Les Perrières SA confirms a customer’s order by e-mail. As a matter of principle, we only show on the site items for sale that are physically available in our stock. Nevertheless, should discrepancies in our inventory make it impossible for us to deliver an article, we undertake to inform you as soon as possible and propose an alternative product. You may then decide whether to accept our alternative offer, or cancel your order.
PRICES
All prices are stated in Swiss Francs, including 7.7% VAT, excluding delivery costs. The prices shown at the time of the order are applicable subject to changes occurring in the product range, the availability of the articles, or the correction of any obvious or typographical errors. Cave & Domaine Les Perrières SA may conduct promotions on its product range. These offers are only valid for the period of publication on the site and may not be requested retrospectively.
PAYMENT
The customer shall pay for an order in the following manner:

By VISA credit card
By MASTERCARD credit card
DELIVERY
No delivery costs are charged for orders for Switzerland of a value of CHF 400.- or above, or in the case of Geneva of a value of CHF 115.- or above. Orders below these amounts shall incur a delivery charge of CHF 25.-. Deliveries are made to the delivery address stated by the customer. Cave & Domaine Les Perrières SA reserves the right to charge additional transport costs effective in case of failed first-time delivery. In the event of temporary unavailability of an article or a pre-order, Cave & Domaine Les Perrières SA may be prompted to deliver an order in several instalments. In such an event, Cave & Domaine Les Perrières SA undertakes to make only one delivery charge. In case of deliveries abroad, you are kindly requested to contact us for the terms and conditions of export sales. Shipping is performed from Monday to Friday inclusively (except for national holidays). We undertake to guarantee that all orders are shipped within five working days following the order, subject to stock availability. Cave & Domaine Les Perrières SA shall not be held liable for any delays in deliveries owing to transport difficulties. In the event of a late delivery, no costs, damages or interest will be paid.
WARRANTY
Goods forming the subject matter of a complaint must not have been used under any circumstances. All costs incurred as a result of failure to comply with this condition are for the customer’s expense. Any defective product that has been received or used is deemed to have been accepted. In the event of any claims sent within the prescribed timeframe regarding a product whose defect is attributable to Cave & Domaine Les Perrières SA, this latter shall replace the item in question free of charge and as soon as possible. Any other requests for compensation or civil claim are excluded. Cave & Domaine Les Perrières SA shall not be held liable for the choice of the products delivered, nor for the consequences of their use, nor for those of the use of defective products. With regard to replaced products, Cave & Domaine Les Perrières SA offers the same warranty as for the initial product. Cave & Domaine Les Perrières SA shall not be held liable should the conditions of use or handling fail to comply with the rules governing misuse, failure to follow instructions, poor storage or similar circumstances. No other claims from the customer shall be taken into consideration, including, in particular, claims for compensation owing to damage not directly connected with the delivery per se.
RETURNS
On receipt of the product ordered, the buyer shall check for product compliance. Any anomalies regarding the delivery (missing or broken products, damaged parcels, etc..) shall be notified by the buyer to the carrier/delivery company at the time of the delivery of the package and shall necessarily be notified the day of the delivery or at very latest the first working day following receipt, to Cave & Domaine Les Perrières SA, in an e-mail sent to info@lesperrieres.ch or by telephone on
+41(0)22 753 90 00. Failure to make a reservation within the prescribed timeframe shall mean that the customer takes responsibility for any damage to the goods. By signing the delivery form, the customer acknowledges the safe delivery of the order. In the case of returns due to an erroneous delivery, or a defective product, an application for return is mandatory. All applications for return should be sent by e-mail to info@lesperrieres.ch, or by completing the contact form. Returns are only accepted in their original boxes. Special orders may not be returned.
PACKAGING
The products you order are delivered in their original boxes or crates with the exception of special boxes or presentation cases. No returns of empty bottles.
APPLICABLE LAW AND PLACE OF JURISDICTION
These general terms and conditions of sale are subject to Swiss law. Any disputes arising from sales concluded under these terms and conditions of sale shall be referred to the sole competence of the courts of the canton of Geneva, subject to an appeal at the Federal Court.
AMENDMENTS AND ADDITIONS
Cave & Domaine Les Perrières SA expressly reserves the right at all times to adapt these general terms and conditions of sale to circumstances and to ensure their immediate application. In particular, Cave & Domaine Les Perrières SA undertakes to immediately incorporate the amendments or additions of direct debit card services.
