Pruning method : Guyot

Average production : 70 hl/ha

Winemaking : Traditional fermentation on skins at cool temperature followed by malolactic fermentation. Aged 12 months in French oak barrel.

Strength : 13.5% ABV

Characteristic : Deep dark violet colour. Aromas of red fruits, blackcurrant and spices. Soft tannins, elegant structure.

Gastronomy : Red meat, game and cheese.

Best time to drink : Now and up to 4-5 years after vintage.
