Winemaking : Harvested early October. 10 to 14 days of skin contact, carbonic maceration for part of it. The wine is stored in French oak casks for 6 months.
Strength : 13% ABV
Characteristic : Fruity aromas of strawberry and vanilla, with a pleasant balance between alcohol, fruit and tannins. This wine is light red with a complexity brought by ageing in oak casks.
Gastronomy : Mostly appreciated with “white meats” like poultry, veal and pork, light game meat, cheese, or by itself.
Best time to drink : Now and up to 5 years after vintage.
