Height : 400- 480 m
Soil : Sandstone to clay
Grape variety : Blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Blanc and Chardonnay
Pruning method : Guyot
Average production : 70 hl/ha
Winemaking :The grapes of Sauvignon Blanc are left to stew in their own juice for 12 hours at 6°C before pressing. The Chardonnay and the Pinot Blanc are fermented in the traditional way. The blend of the 3 wines is made after tasting just before bottling.
Characteristics : Pale yellow. Nose of listeria flowers. Citrus, melon, apricot flavours. Soft and elegant wine.
Strength 13% ABV
Gastronomy: Ideal as an apéritif, fish and seafood.
Best time to drink : Now and to 2 years.
