Winemaking : Harvested early October. Fermentation on skin 18 days followed by malolactic fermentation. No maturation in oak barrel. Early bottling.
Strength : 13% ABV
Characteristic : Soft tannins, aromas of red fruits and liquorice. This is a light, easy to drink red wine.
Gastronomy : Mostly appreciated with poultry, red meat and cheese.
Best time to drink : Now and up to 3-4 years after vintage.
