Winemaking : Left to ferment with its skins for 12 days, then transferred to lightly or medium toasted oak barrel to mature for one year.
Strength : 13% ABV
Characteristic : Ruby red. A hint of strawberry and cherries. Slightly oaky with soft tannins.
Gastronomy : Ideal wine with red meats, venison and cheeses.
Best time to drink : Now and up to 4-5 years after vintage.
